Countries are yet to be finally selected and then announced by the Hon Prime Minister of the Government of Samoa .
Currently a minimum of 12 Mens teams, and 8 Womens teams will play in the tournament, with a possible increase in teams playing that could take the draw to 16 Mens teams and 8 Womens teams.
